The height of the Hurricane season is fast approaching. Now is the time to make sure your Business, City or Municipality has a Plan in place for Employee Food Service during and after a storm.

Hurricane Food Service

Hurricane Season 2010

The following proposal represents Food Services provided prior to a storm (if need be) as well as during and after a storm. Chef Wayne4u agrees to furnish client with three complete meals per day with beverages.

Hurricane Food Service Program Outline

ChefWayne4U will provide the following:

  • ChefWayne4U will provide breakfast lunch and dinner for staff, two days prior to projected storm landfall or when the National Hurricane Center issues a Hurricane Warning.
  • ChefWayne4U will provide two days of complete meals for consumption during the storm for staff as well as food service for the day after the storm. Above said services during the storm will be dropped off one day prior to projected storm landfall.
  • ChefWayne4U will supply above said food service for entire staff within 24 hours once the National Hurricane lifts the warning.
  • Note: Please keep in mind you may want to provide dinner service for employees and their families as well. We find that after a storm, employees are in a much better frame of mind if they know their families food meals are taken care of. These dinners could be packed individually to take home at the end of their shift.

Food Service

  • Breakfast dropped off, set up and served by our Uniformed Staff
  • Lunch dropped off, set up and served by our Uniformed Staff
  • Dinner dropped off, set up and served by our Uniformed Staff


ChefWayne4U Agrees To Supply The Following:
1- Breakfast, lunch and dinners for staff
2- Presented hot and/or cold
3- Individual meals for mobile crews
4- Uniformed Staff including chefs and wait staff
5- All Serviceware to include dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, napkins, cups, wet naps, knives, forks, spoons and stirrers and chafers to keep food hot 6- Meals as Pre-Approved from menu options (see sample menu)
