Terms and conditions

Chef Wayne's Emergency Food Service agrees to provide the following:

1 - ChefWayne4U Inc. agrees to mobilize food purveyors and have staff on "Stand By" when a Hurricane Warning is issued
2 - ChefWayne4U Inc. agrees to commence food service "drop off" to client for staff remaining on site as well as mobile staff for the day preceding landfall
3 - ChefWayne4U Inc. agrees to continue food service for a minimum of three additional days after the all-clear is given by the National Hurricane Center

Client agrees to supply the following:

1 - Tables and chairs for employees
2 - Multiple garbage cans and dumpsters as well as recycling bins for plastics
3 - Potable water access
4 - Client agrees to provide 50% down payment once a Hurricane Warning is in effect. Client agrees to provide final payment on last day of service
5 - Client agrees to 5% administration fee if service is cancelled after Hurricane Warning is issued
6 - Client agrees to supply caterer with name and contact information prior to storm landfall and also contacts ChefWayne4U Inc. when Hurricane Warning is issued
