ORDERING INFORMATION

• Labor charges for service attendants will apply to all served (sit-down) functions.  The amount is $20.00 per hour for each attendant required (four-hour minimum per attendant).

• Service attendants may be scheduled to provide a variety of duties at your event.  Please request service attendants at the time of Booking.  Labor charges are $20.00 per hour, per attendant, each with a minimum of four service hours.

• Professional bartenders are also available; please request this service at the time of book Bartenders can be provided at a rate of $20.00 per hour, with a four-hour minimum.

• Please call our catering director for information and instructions about serving alcohol at your function.

• Tax-exempt organizations are required to submit a copy of their tax-exemption certificate prior to the event.

Linens

• White linen tablecloths and black table skirting for buffet tables are available for all hot buffets.   Skirting can only be applied to tables whose edges are 1” thick or less. Black skirting sections at $15.00 per piece, based on availability.

• All equipment, service ware and linens, once delivered, are the responsibility of the customer.  All equipment must be available for Pick-up at the designated pick-up time per catering contract.  All equipment must be in the original delivery location.  The event host   will be charged for the replacement cost of missing or damaged items. 

Other Considerations

• Customer is responsible for loss of product or property on catered functions left unattended after delivery.  Host should make arrangements to meet delivery personnel, or arrange for a secure location.  If you would prefer, a service person can be scheduled for your function.

• China, glassware, silverware, and linen napkins are available to upgrade your buffet, break, or reception function at a rate of $3.50 per Guest.  Charges may be higher if rentals are required.

Guarantees, changes, and cancellations

• Seven days notice is recommended for all catered functions requiring delivery.  Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice may limit Availability of some items and is subject to a 15 % late notice fee, or a minimum charge of $20.00, whichever is greater.

• Guarantees, including guest counts, schedules, and menu selections are required at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

• A 50 % deposit is required for all orders.

• Deposit is non refundable after 3 business days.

• The menus and services described in this publication are intended to offer you a wide variety of menu and service options and assist you in selecting the meal or refreshments that best fit your needs.  It does not, however, encompass all of the services we can and do provide
