Dear chef Wayne,
We live in Ohio and when our son was getting married in Florida we needed a caterer to help us with the dinner before the cruise wedding.
We learned about Chef Wayne by calling the local chamber of commerce. We were very nervous about trying to make arrangements for an event as important as our son's wedding over the phone but you quickly put us at ease.
As great as you were on the phone the real magic appeared with the meal. It was absolutely perfect. Your suggestions for the food were incredible and surly added to the theme of the event.
As wonderful as the selections were, as appealing as the presentation was, the real "shock and awe" came in the eating. The food was amazing. Everyone raved about the entire meal.
If creating a meal for 40 people wasn`t enough, you again worked your magic and provided all the special diet dinners for our daughter Kelly for the entire time she was in Florida. She even enjoyed a meal while at the airport waiting for the flight home.
Thank you again, for the wonderful service. You helped make this big event perfect.
